Yes. At The Grailed Society we only sell pre-orders for stock that has already been secured with our suppliers. Every pre-order placed through. Your order with The Grailed Society is fully guaranteed and will never be cancelled due to overselling. Any additional stock becomes available on our website on the official release date.

Once we get the product from distributors, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, not longer than 15 working days.

We offer a 15-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange for the same product. Products must return in the same conditions that were originally shipped. Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.
