By accessing or purchasing from The Grailed Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspicious activity are detected.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and accepted.
Pre-Orders
At The Grailed Society, we only offer pre-orders based on confirmed supplier allocations. We do not intentionally oversell products.
Every confirmed pre-order is specifically allocated to the customer who placed it. Any remaining inventory will only be released for public sale on the official release date.
Order Cancellations
By placing an order and accepting these Terms of Service during checkout, you acknowledge that your order constitutes a firm commitment to purchase.
Once payment has been successfully processed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will only be considered at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law.
For pre-orders, stock is allocated immediately upon order confirmation. As a result, cancellation requests for confirmed pre-orders may be refused.
Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor all transactions using automated fraud detection systems and manual review procedures.
We reserve the right to:
- Request additional identity verification.
- Delay shipment while verification is completed.
- Cancel and refund suspicious orders.
- Refuse future orders from customers involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact The Grailed Society before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation
- Payment authorization
- Billing and shipping information
- IP address
- Device information
- Fraud prevention results
- Customer communications
- Shipping carrier records
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Photographic evidence where available
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent suspension of future purchases.
- Refusal of service.
- Submission of all available evidence to the payment processor.
- Any additional action available under applicable law.
Product Availability
Although inventory is carefully managed, product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.
In the rare event of supplier issues, allocation changes, pricing errors, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
Shipping
Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Manufacturers
- Suppliers
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Claims must include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box
- Photographs of the shipping label
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, factory sealed, and returned in their original condition.
Products that have been opened, tampered with, or altered are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grailed Society shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an order and checking the mandatory Terms of Service acceptance box during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
